I'm not religious. I'm Stoic.

which could be consider a religion. but technically it's not. it's an Ancient Greek level of thinking and self-preservation - "do not act or react to the world as the world would expect you to." it's sort of like Christianity, but it's focus isn't on God; it's focus is on you trying to do everything you can to keep your conscience clean. by not giving a damn about the superficial crap the rest of the world cares about.

It's nothing like Christianity.

Only you forgot one important thing. The stuff you call "spiritual crap", you should care about, because you have a living spirit and that's not going to change. And where it ends up for eternity is your responsibility, whether you like it or not and that's something you don't want to neglect or get wrong. You may not care one bit now, but you will for sure, if you get it wrong.
@LadyGrace actually Paul found some overlap between stoicism and Christianity

@ImperialAerosolKidFromEP My main point in my answer was addressed to his phrase "it's sort of like Christianity, but it's focus isn't on God." Christianity has everything to do with God, so that is why I answered as I did.
