I hurt my Achilles tendon at the gym. 🙁 I keep letting it rest. Even took a couple days off at the gym... The pain went away, but after going back it's hurting again. 😫

@JupiterDreams If you are strengthening, you have to lengthen as well. This is my "not a physical therapist" opinion. Be careful :)
