I Want To Write My Random Thoughts And Feelings

So in the process of controlling my panic attacks I figured out that happiness and anxiety have the same physical reactions, so I just convince myself I'm excited instead of freaking out, so I never get to the point of a full blown attack. This has worked wonders, but anxiety triggers my seizures too, so now when I get super happy I might feel bad seizure-wise and have to calm down to get it under control.
These trade offs though 馃

Do you know the actual reasons of your anxiety ?
@BirthYear1993 yes. I have them as controlled as they can be, but I still need assistance from a couple of supplements or alternatively probably medication.

@boklenholley7 Good. Do meditation. Keep yourself surrounded by positive thoughts..positive people.
