I Want To Write My Random Thoughts And Feelings

So in the process of controlling my panic attacks I figured out that happiness and anxiety have the same physical reactions, so I just convince myself I'm excited instead of freaking out, so I never get to the point of a full blown attack. This has worked wonders, but anxiety triggers my seizures too, so now when I get super happy I might feel bad seizure-wise and have to calm down to get it under control.
These trade offs though 馃

Wow, that's an awesome realization! I've thankfully never suffered from anxiety so I'd never have noticed that

At least it's easier to quell excitement than anxiety to avoid a seizure
@SW-User I can't take full credit; I think I read it somewhere awhile ago. it just took awhile to sink in. And very true!
