I Have Random Thoughts

I'm having a hard time, I've been crying off and on all day... depressed and achy... my body really hurts.

I went on the web and I either have Vitamin D deficiency, Multiple Sclerosis, or likely it's M E N O P A U S E!!!!

How does one go through this without spiraling?

The internet is the worst place to get a medical diagnosis. Go to a doctor, he will likely examine you and do a full blood workup test on you. This is a good start to finding out what is going on with you. Don't panic, don't let your mind run wild. What you have is probably very correctable hun. Good luck dear :)

@realrare i know it's scary... but not knowing and relying on Google for diagnoses is much scarier.

9 times out of 10, Google can convince people that their cold is some sort of genetic illness and they've screwed up their whole family for the next 50 generations.
