I Have Random Thoughts

Negative and belittling things said to me and about me today. I just cannot handle any more. I'm crying because my heart hurts and I feel like I just cannot measure up.

I know I need to shake off the yucky words and not let them take root... but they still hurt.

@Sorrowfulgaze Thank you, I guess being mislabeled hurt but it was from someone who doesn't know anything. Especially anything about me. It's just conjecture. Even still, it's hard when someone you looked up to uses a dig to put you down... and for no reason whatsoever.

@realrare That is hard to accept especially when it seems to come out of the blue. But like you said they do not know you or your situation. They merely think they do. You make your life and define your situation. But Yes it hurts when someone seems to turn on you like that. I hope that you can feel better about yourself soon. 😇
