Finally got an extension cord for the rowing machine!

💪 My arms, abs and thighs are already sore so I know it's working. My goal is to use it every day starting gradually and increasing the time each week. Here's to building a healthier, stronger me, one row at a time. 🚣‍♀

I did this last year with walking a few kilometers a few times a week, but lost motivation. I am going to try again and work hard to be healthy.🤞 I'm not getting any younger.

Rowing machines work out your abs? Maybe I should give the one at the gym a try.
GunFinger · F
@Captainjackass it's a core workout. It would strengthen your core, tone your arms and legs and thighs. Even the lower back.

@GunFinger I usually focus on a different part of my body every workout. Maybe I should add this to abs day then.

Sometimes we procrastinate.
And take too long to get the things that we need.

Will need an ongoing series of pics to show the progress you're making. Swimsuit optional
