I just gotta say, looking for apartments in the city of Boston or In Massachusetts period is a joke. It's sad that now they are charging 3 grand for a

studio. A studio? What? Now, add first, last and security. That's insane! You at least need 1800 to start looking for apartments out here. No wonder everyone leaves Massachusetts because the rent is too high, too high! I'm thankful for the apt I got. Right in the middle of Boston but damnnnn! Massachusetts Get it together and step it up!

Dont move to the west coast, USA. Rents are extremely high. In my city it'll cost you between 3-4000+ a month for a one bed apt with thin walls and floors.

@BeJeweled The instant, and I mean literally the instant that I have the money to do something about that, I intend to. And unless my dad is allowed to completely ruin us, my plan is still to sell his rental houses, use that money to buy an apartment complex, and hire an accountant to tell me just how low I can afford to drop the rent.
