The first time I personally heard of him was when I read about him trying to sue Scotland over some off shore windmills that were visible from one of his golf courses. I did not like him from that moment. I don't know if that happened before or after The Apprentice (which I didn't watch). I had "seen" him prior to that, in cameos on things, like Home Alone 2 or WWE (then WWF) but was just a kid myself and had no idea who it was at the time.

@ViciDraco Both Oprah and Jesse Jackson ass kissed him every chance they got, Barbara Walters called him dear friend in the view in 2012, and every celebrity begged to be on the apprentice, and every politician bent over backwards to get him to appear at their campaign fund raisers.

@PatKirby Exactly, they're all establishment, which after their betrayal from the moment he announced in 2015, he went right after them in retaliation. I truly and honestly believe Trump only went GOP and said the things he said to expose the repubs as a long con, only for the dems to turn on him. I think this 2016 Cracked parody says it all...
