Moms need to cry. Sometimes it's the only thing gets us through. I usually do it in the shower
It hides it well

Let it out..holding that back makes it worse. Being strong means knowing when you need help and knowing what you need to go on. So if you feel the need to cry let it out. It is very therapeutic. You are a great mum and a strong woman always in my eyes.

Sometimes dads need one to
I know if you go off in a backroom somewhere. That short cry could last almost an hour or more
Maybe call someone over to watch the kids just for an hour or so. Heck even just talking to another adult helps.

I’m sorry you’re feeling this way, ya as @Bexsy says, let yourself cry in the shower.
It’s hard having to always be so tough for everyone else. 🤗🤗

Nah, screw being tuff.
Mums ate tuff too much for too long.
When the kids go to bed ....go outside and have a good cry - you deserve it 🤗

I am sorry. I go to my room and put the tv on for a bit and cry. I know your kids are younger though 🩷.

Sometimes even mothers need to cry. And that's okay. You are still human.
