What do you think of fried air

I've finally given in and ordered an air fryer. Everyone has said I must get one - apparently they're marvellous and indispensible. Well, it had better be.

Risking straying into stereotyping here but the Irish are renowned for the quality of their stews. Maybe boiler air could be a winner after all ;-) @SW-User

I love slow cooking, just a bit of forward planning and simple ingredients can come out amazing. You’d think lock down would have made preplanning food easier. Wish I was more organised!@SW-User
