Texas looking to mandate the national anthem at publicly funded events

What do ya'll think? First amendment violation or no?

Seems like it is. But it's only at publically funded ones so I dunno.

Don’t see why it’s necessary but after what happened with the winter storm, it’s clear where their priorities lie. :(
