It’s official, Trumpettes!

Biden has now officially secured enough votes to be elected president. Only four states left to certify, three of which are Democrat.

Don’t pin your hopes on the Supreme Court to award Trump Pennsylvania:

1. He hasn’t got the time to bring his case to the SCOTUS before Tuesday’s deadline.

2. Even if SCOTUS rules in his favour, the segregated votes won’t be enough for him to overturn Biden’s lead, even if he is awarded every single one.

3. Even if SCOTUS decides to award him Pennsylvania, he still won’t have enough EC votes.

Also, don’t pin your hopes on Faithless Electors. Both Houses have to approve their use.

Good luck getting them past Pelosi.

Face it, Trumpettes: Trump has lost. It’s over 😎

Would it be legal for the Suppreme Court to declare the elections in all states null and void because of "voter fraud"? Or just in those states where Biden won?
Uachtarain · 26-30, M
@helenS if there was any evidence of massive widespread fraud across every single state then, perhaps.

@Uachtarain No what I meant is can they simply decree there is "enough evidence"? Who could stop them doing so?
SubstantialKick · 31-35, M
@helenS There is zero evidence to begin with so that is unlikely. They would need something to work with. Can't call what there is no proof of.
Uachtarain · 26-30, M
@helenS I wouldn’t know to be fair.
@helenS Only if there was no dispute over the facts. The Supreme Court rules on questions of law, not evidentiary disputes.
