My dog helps me get over my grief.
Many here know that my husband passed away earlier this year. It has been a process getting through this grief. I don't know if I'll ever fully get over it... but in the meantime, I got this little guy to help me through the journey.
I got Dobby just 7 days after my husband passed. When I got him he was 11 months old and had gone through some abuse by his previous owner. I got him from a woman who rescued him but knew he needed someone to work with him more than she could to help him. Enter... ME!!!!
I felt just as broken as this little guy and thought maybe we could help each other.
