I put myself in timeout

Yesterday, I took a timeout from all social media. I didn’t want to get in a fight with some right-winger and say something that would end up getting me in FB or Twitter jail.

Today I’m back on social media, but staying out of political posts.

I wrote some postcards to voters.
I made some donations.
Tomorrow I’ll call some Senators’ offices.

I tried to donate blood yesterday, but my iron level wasn’t high enough. (Time to start taking vitamins again, I guess.)

I’ve regained my equilibrium. It really helps to avoid responding to trolls.
