I Have Something to Say

Your emotions are the source of your ability to choose.
They are the wellspring of your values.
They are interlaced with your reflective mind.

Don't want your emotions to run amok, but don't deny their importance.

Remember always the ‘wise mind’. It is where both emotion and logic are used in right measurements to make the best choice or decision.

Let your emotions consume you, feel free, regret it the next day, smile about it in 10 years.

Yea I totally agree. Emotions are everything and all emotions are useful none of our emotions have no use

The wise mind is a Buddhist/Taoist meditation of Zen. It’s a combination of Taoism and Indian Mahayana Buddhism. Practiced in Japan. It is now used in psychotherapy called Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and is very effective.

Emotions aren’t always good readers of actual thoughts or reality

I accept emotions are important and should be recognised but they can be false representations...
