Love the males chiming in lol. Heating pad was a good suggestion though.
Midol works a bit better that ibuprofen. If it persists month after month like this get screened for Endometriosis. I feel for you, it’s a pain hard to relieve. I ended up having to take Oxycodone for my pain until they removed everything.

My X used to say a cum helped with the cramps. Guess it compresses things inside or something. Dunno if that is true. Maybe if you did it enough you would associate pleasure with it instead of pain?
