The best beverage to have in the morning is a cup of coffee and a cigarette. After that is when I fill my tumbler with ice water.

👍 Have at least one full glass first thing as I take my supplements and BP med. Have been putting coffee off until breakfast or after. Have a quart water bottle I go through at least twice throughout the day.

I drink gallons of water, there's no drink better for you although I do have a liking for a few beers at the weekend 😊
