Well, it depends what you mean by "love". If you mean like "relationship love", then I think so. It's much safer to be single in my opinion. You don't run the risk of being heartbroken or being lied to, and you throw your life away. But if I find someone I really do love... Maybe it's worth having a relationship. But it's so rare to meet someone like that.

It depends. The love you feel for your children like I do for my son is definitely not. However, if you are referring to the type of love you feel for a significant other where you have an unbreakable bond, and want to spend the rest of your life with that person, then yeah I feel that's overrated.

True Iove in underrated.. Lust and liars often wrongly called love or lovers are overrated.. And a horried pain as well

@meowstic yeah I did mean relationship love, and I agree, because most people I meet are so cruel and careless to people. And it's overrated in a way because everyone always talks about it and how they make it seem as if it's the most important thing in the world, although I like the concept of it, I do admit it is overrated
