So it's Thanksgiving in Canada and I, with the help of two other dudes, am cooking for approximately 30 people.
So far I've made homemade stuffing for stuffing the turkeys. I also have more that'll be cooked in pans.
Stuffed the birds and put them in the ovens. Been in for almost an hour.
One of the other guys peeled 20 pounds of potatoes for my garlic mashed. The bone-in hams will be going into ovens next. Then I just have to prep the green bean casseroles and I think I'll be good. I was going to make homemade cranberry sauce but we opted for the canned stuff.
And that folks is my Monday. What do you have going on?
@Chern0bylplaygr0unds yes, thank you, I think that's the word for it. I got started at 8 this morning and now it's quarter past 2 in the afternoon but there's been breaks in between.
Much more chilled than you. I went swimming this morning, soaked in the hot tub and then visited a butterfly house and bought a Venus fly trap plant. I had a roast beef dinner tonight, which bonus -I didn't have to cook and then after we cleaned up, I played rummy with my family. It was a great day ❤
