It's a hard choice - he was such an active member of here and then brought you into our world.

If you do change it, maybe leave a clue in the new handle (aka screen name) to say Cigarguy is still here in spirit.

Like maybe put a CG at the end of the new name if you do. Its just an idea

That's a tough one. I can think of reasons why you should. And reasons why you shouldn't.

Why do you want to?

I think everything will remind you of him so far... this name or any other thing related to him. Also, reading the comments I can tell you wanna hold on to the name more than letting it go. I suggest you keep it. But if it hurts you so much then it is okay to change it.

Well, I have come to know you all as Cigarguys and knowing you lost a member still does not change who you were or who you are in my eyes.

I do not like site name changes, but I totally get it if you want to change it for your own coping.

If you do change people may not know they are talking to you or the back story but if it hurts maybe you should . You are one of the cigar guys so it was your account also .

If you feel you really want to then change it, but members have come to know you by this username, possibly remove the s and leave it Cigarguy as an option unless you already thought of something else.
