My friend left something with me that she sold online for someone to pick up because she had to go somewhere.

The person picked it up and gave me cash. I don't want to keep the cash and transfer the money to my friend online because I don't need it. Until now she hasn't picked up the cash. I prefer to have money in the bank than on me. Would that be ok if you were my friend who left me the item or will it make you more comfortable if I just made a bank transfer?

There MIGHT be a reason she wishes the transaction to remain as cash only. If I were you, I would just HIDE the cash somewhere safe in your house, and leave her a message to get off her a$$ and come over and GET it before it gets stolen.
