No. Its not that big a deal because your health is not compromised by a few differences in food.
If that were the case, then people who are vegetarians would all live to be 100.

@Zonuss oh. I dont eat nails so i wouldnt know.

I also wouldnt buy cast iron nails from anyone because they would be extremely heavy and snap from hammer blows.
