Which leaves $100. And you’re looking for a room with a king sized bed and a hot tub for 2 nights or $50/night including tax.
Not gonna happen. So I’d suggest either doing one night or a basic room in a cheap hotel. Even then it’s a long shot.
Unless you go with someone and split the cost.
You can check websites like hotels.com, kayak and trivago. If you have AAA that can sometimes get you a discounted rate.

Call the hotel directly. They frequently offer unlisted discounts to bypass booking sites. It never hurts to ask.
Call the hotel's local physical front desk and politely ask to speak to a front desk manager or the reservations manager. Don’t call the corporate 1800- numbers. They usually read a useless script.
