We're basically just thinking of ourselves. It doesn't mean anything else.
@Cowboybob I appreciate THIS honesty
This is a good question. I'm here for these answers.

sex is a need not a weapon

It’s a choice, not a NEED. ITS A WANT. And guess what? You don’t always get what you want. @SirLirkALot

@soulrespite I don't feel entitled. I'm not a predator and didn't like that. the hierarchy is still relevant in the field of psychology and applies to both or all genders or whatever. I hope everyone does what is right for themselves. it's not a matter of physical life or death but fulfillment or deprivation. also I don't think its meant to apply to everyone.

@cherny That's a very measured reply. Mostly what I wanted to address was your comment about misandry because it definitely exists and is just as much of a problem as misogyny. Caution is a necessity in this day and age. In fact I'd say it's better to be overly cautious than too carefree but hatred doesn't help anyone, even ourselves when we give it to those we believe deserve it.

Good question, let’s see if they know…

We think differently from women. That's not always wrong. Sure there are right ways of doing particular things but not everything is black and white. Our differences are one of the things that bring us together.
What I wish most is that men and women would both make more effort to understand each other. I think most of the distrust and confusion would be eliminated if we looked at each other more charitably.
I feel I need to add this to the end. To those of you who are interested in what men think and feel, take a browse through this comment section. You can see a lot of vitriol from some individuals here. It's responses like this that make us reluctant to open up and share our experiences. Believe me, all men know that there are bad men out there. That doesn't mean we are all inherently bad. I'd say all of us have definitely made bad decisions in the past, but what sets us apart is that we try to learn from them and grow.

We love you, but we don't need a 90 minute recap of your day. And you won't get one from us.

There's only a few men I wish I understood better, most are better left a mystery.
That they are our apex predators.
