I do. But there are so many other things to compliment. Kindness, courage, responsibility, tenderness, thoughtfulness and more. In the long run those are more important and more lasting than lip gloss or eyelashes.

I do. I am not usually looking at those kinds of things, but I do think a small compliment on someone's appearance goes a very long way.

It's NOT automatic...and it doesn't happen EVERY time I see another lady. However, if something about their clothing or their hair catches my eye, I ALWAYS tell them it looks beautiful.
