The only description of the Holy Spirit in the Bible..
(Luke 3:20-22) "Added yet this above all, that he shut up John in prison. {21} Now when all the people were baptized, it came to pass, that Jesus also being baptized, and praying, the heaven was opened, {22} And the Holy Ghost descended in a bodily shape like a dove upon him, and a voice came from heaven, which said, Thou art my beloved Son; in thee I am well pleased."
Jesus was conceived by the Holy Spirit. Besides that I can’t think of a physical body although there were tongues of flames above the apostles when they spoke in tongues on Pentecost!
The term Spirit suggests a non-corporeal being, but when the Bible talks about the Holy Spirit descending, (manifesting) it is pictured in the form of a dove, or "tongues of fire".
