@ArtieKat Could be but 12:00 is still noon to me. Sometimes in summer I'd say even later, like 2 PM - 8 PM because the sun is strong around 1 PM and days are very long. But I think of working time as well and 12:00 - 12:30 or 12:00 - 1 PM is typically a lunch break.

This is usually an indicator that they will fit you in when convenient.. It might be 1, but probably more likely 3 or 4.

I'll jump on the 12-5 bandwagon, with the caviot that if you are showing up in the afternoon for an afternoon activity, 4:55 would be late.
