I used to be 5’2”, but now I’m only 5’0.5”. At this rate, I will need a high chair soon

I used to be 5'10" and now I'm in a wheelchair. Not technically what you mean, but a huge loss of height
JRVanguard · 26-30, M
I think he shrunk around an inch
I was always a little over 6’2” and these days I’m closer to 6’1”
My posture has caught up to me😅
@JRVanguard at least you are still tall

Benjamin Button? Is that you?

Just kidding, ofc.

Height loss is normal as one grows older after adulthood. Gravity and posture has a lot to do with it.

Yup, I think I'm down to 6'0 from 6'1.

I refuse to admit it but ya, I’m just under 5’3” now, lost 1/4” so far.
Boeing · 36-40
the opposite, I got taller, because of exercise, meditation and change of posture...:)
@Boeing maybe I should try that.

Not yet. But I have to stand up straight when I’m being measured.
