Out of all the bills you pay, which one do you dislike the most?

It HAS to be my cable tv bill...which is sucked right out me IN my rent...and which goes up every year. It's the ONLY bill that actually makes me angry. Comcast got my apartment management people to sign a deal that this ENTIRE building would always be wired exclusively for Comcast.

When I moved in here, I didn't even OWN a tv set...(I used to stream everything)...so just IMAGINE my resentment back THEN!!!

We are not ALLOWED to opt out. We are not ALLOWED to shop around and find a better provider.
The basic television package was JUST okay when I first moved in here...but over the years Comcast has removed more and more channels...and the price just keeps going up. It's at $32 a month right now. When I moved in here, 9 years ago, it was $19 a month.

@4meAndyou You are lucky. When we cut the cable Comcast was $265 every month, but I do get your point.

@Musicman You had all sorts of extras. This is just the basic basic basic service...and I would opt out in a heartbeat if I was allowed to do so. My internet has also been hogged up by Comcast...and THAT is very expensive!!!

@4meAndyou Ummmm that was basic cable. They were the only game in town besides Dish and Direct TV. We went with Direct TV for a couple of years then dropped them too. Now we have Comcast for the Internet and that costs us $114 a month. ☹

@4meAndyou Verizon is offering home Internet for $19 a month. I have considered it, but we don't get the best reception here at the house. Our phones connect to the Wi-Fi in the house.
