What do you expect from your kids teacher?

I expect her to have a very good grasp of my sons additional needs, to have read and follow his EHCP plan. I would expect that her interactions with him were always compassionate with his struggles. I would also hope that she tries to make education exciting and fun, so he never stops questioning the word around him x
