how do you know when someone likes u??

genuine question cause i have a guy friend and i think he likes me but i dont wanna fill my head with delusions so here i am

If he is teasing you, joking, complimenting you and when he talks with you if it is in softer tones than he talks with others then you have a good idea he likes you.

But hey, you could always ask him too, that maybe what he is waiting for.
