Can someone be very sexual and then suddenly stop?

Lots of reasons I suppose mostly health related either mental or physical.

Maybe something did happen with the relationship that the other person is blind sided about. Something they thought was seriously off but the other party never realised.

🤔🤔🤔 Well, the ex tapered off gradually...and then sort of stopped. Turned out he was in need of hormone therapy. AND he was mentally ill from prolonged drug use and drinking over the years. AND his belly was so enormous that his whatsey wasn't long enough to get round it...🤣🤣🤣
