What stupid laws need to be wiped off the books?

Why is displaying a loved one's ashes in an urn on a shelf legal but a head preserved in alcohol isn't??

But still on the books in the city of Chico: It is illegal to detonate a nuclear device within city limits.

Possible penalties are a $500 fine and/or 6 mos in jail (assuming you survive the blast of course). 🤔
