What stupid laws need to be wiped off the books?

Why is displaying a loved one's ashes in an urn on a shelf legal but a head preserved in alcohol isn't??

Is English spoken much in Sweden?! What about Norway?!

@rinkydinkydoink English is very widely spoken in Norway, not quite so much so in Sweden. In both countries you can find English speakers more often in the bigger towns than in the countryside. In Oslo unless you speak perfect Norwegian there is a good chance that young people will answer you in English, that happens to me occasionally still even though I have been speaking the language for over thirty five years.

Probably everyone under forty years old will speak English to some degree in Norway and of those under twenty it's probably close to a hundred percent. Norwegians consume a lot of English language media and only children's television is dubbed.
