@RisingMorningStar7 It's mostly sugar, and it doesn't keep you full, which is why it's bad. 3 tortillas on its own is not bad, but I'm betting you're gonna have more stuff today aren't you? That's the part my father never understood, and that's why he is having heart surgery. 😢

@MartinTheFirst I'm like that too but I have a bad habit of eating chips. Right now, I ate a cup of beans, three tortillas and two eggs.

@RisingMorningStar7 If that's the way you operate then it's a lot more about how much you eat and not what you eat. I don't know your weight or how much you eat, but decrease what you eat a little bit until it's the same amount that a regular person eats, while still eating the things you typically do, and once you've reached the correct portion size you start to worry about what things you eat as well. How about that?
