Why is SSA trying to tell me in order to keep my Disability I have to stay living in public housing. Is this true?

i would think not.. l own my own home and have ssdi.. it might be you can not have a certain amount in your bank tho.. you need a lawyer .. i used https://www.binderandbinder.com/

@DunningKruger If someone is on disability, they are not going to be able to afford an attorney.

I wouldn't think so anyways.

@CestManan Depends. We had a disability lawyer for the wife and never had to pay anything; I'm still not sure where they got their money from.
