How do you get points?

do I get points for askin stuff or anserwing stuff or both or if someone like or comment on stuff I ask to I get more points?

I found that it has a lot to do with replies. If you engage with a lot of posts or get a lot of engagement on your posts that seemed the quickest way to rack them up.
