Annoying

Just say what’s up and stop beating around the bush
@GLITTER That’s the way I see it. Reckon they are scared of speaking their mind?
GLITTER · 36-40, F
@NoGamesTolerated no I don’t think so bc they aren’t afraid to be a dick about it, I think they just lack the ability to communicate in a non childish way
@GLITTER ohhhh I was thinking they didn’t want to ruffle feathers by saying something someone might disagree with. You know the kind that seek to please people?! Lol But you make a strong case against them. LOL

It usually has good reasoning
@Matt85 Good reasoning? I find it childish and immature. And most of all not healthy ..

@NoGamesTolerated Patience leads to creativity.
@Matt85 You are getting patience mixed up with entirely something else.

I think, based on my own experiences when I've been passive-aggressive towards people in the past, that being passive aggressive is much more stressful and anxiety producing for the aggressor than it is for anyone their attention is directed at. There's a lot of internalized stress and anxiety, circular thinking (just going over the same thing in your brain over and over) that causes a passive aggressive person to suffer. Way more than any of their "victims".

As a person who has had people be passive-aggressive towards me, I kind of laugh internally, knowing the extreme internal pressures they are experiencing, and how little they actually affect me with their post it notes or snarky comments. I am literally not thinking about it at all two minutes later, except if it was so amusing I'm still laughing about it.
@Dust057 I don’t think being passive aggressive is good for anyone. It’s certainly not a healthy lifestyle. I imagine relationships come hard to maintain for these people. Just my 2 cents.

I have known many, not my cup of coffee
@SW-User Would you like to elaborate?
SW-User
@NoGamesTolerated I meant that they are not my cup of tea. Sorry, it is still early :)
@SW-User well I understand that. Gosh …never mind…

They get under my skin. The type that will use the toilet, leave a big turd and not flush. Confront them about it and they’ll say “I forgot”. Doing such things over and over again.
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
@NoGamesTolerated If they were harshly punished for expressing their feelings it happens.
@cherokeepatti well I’m sure there has to be a reason. But it sure doesn’t feel good on the other end… and seems quite rude.
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
@NoGamesTolerated yes it does
I used to be passive aggressive. Only because I was too afraid to speak up or stand up for myself.

Those days are gone. Now I'll go head to head
@Bexsy good for you! 😃
They preserve vocal energy, when needed.
@Lyfis2live There is that…
