What would you say to someone in palliative care?

Apparently husband's aunt is in palliative care and he wants us to send a message to her via video because we can't visit her. Her and I were not really close. We had a falling out when she criticised me a lot when she was visiting us with my MIL when my girls were still babies, but for the past year we're sort of okay. I just have no idea what to say. Please help.

Ask her if she needs help with her pillows.

@Punches It's the merciful thing to do.

@Allelse It's just, it's just so touching how you think with your heart 😢.
I mean it really is touching people in special places.

Oh gyod I hate this I am crying.

@Punches Well when you see an old, sick animal with no quality of life then it's time to put them down. Maybe, growing up, I saw too many of my own pets reach that state of total, living misery!!!! And I just cant bare to see it. Which is why I could never work in a nursing home, I'd be like "Why are you bothering to keep them alive? Just get the pillow already".
