Not so easy question

If you were able to live to the age of 90 and retain either the mind or body of a 30-year-old for the last 60 years of your life, which would you want?

Mind. If my mind is gone I won't care or understand my own body anyway, and no one is attracted to someone who will eventually be incapacitated.

@ravenwind43 My comments are just my thoughts about the original question and your single-sentence response; particularly the second clause. They're only my thoughts. I'm sorry if you find them objectionable.

@Really I wasn't objecting. I was asking a question. There you will find my answer.

I’d retain my youthful body. I think absent any metal disease we remain young on the inside all our lives.

That’s a hard question ! Could my answer be in the middle, healthy mind and body of a 60yr old !

I honestly don't know, because 30 is still over 8 years away
my mind. my body has been nothing but a pain all my life

Well I'm 85 and my mind feels like I'm 30 but my brain refuses to act like it. And my body gives me too much pain to let me follow the instructions of either mind or brain. So - sorry; but I'd want the whole package.

Body.
Most old people tend to have goodish minds, and a few memory issues here and there I can handle.
But I need to be able bodied, even fit.

My mind. At 30 it was sound and relatively happy. So yeah,if my mind is happy then to Hell with the body.

Body all day

My mind. Sure, it's kind of scary when the body deteriorates, but losing one's mind is scarier.
