How do people find people they need to find?

Ive been on ancestry.com and one of the relatives i recently found said that she had a twin sister stolen at birth. I want to try to give her ideas on how to find her but dont know who helps with that, shes hoping her sister will go on there and they can find each other that way. any ideas of what agencies can help people find people like that?

Probably she could pay a private investigator... but I believe it might be a bit too expensive...

Also maybe, through ancester.com only if the stolen sister refers to ot too..

No agencies I am aware of ... other than the FBI

But she has a good chance of finding her based on DNA matching in the system.

Make sure she submitted her DNA sample

Use one of those DNA ancestry kits.
It will tell you who you are related to in a specific city within a certain percentage of accuracy. As long as both of you have taken the test.

That would be a good start.
