anyone else being affected real negative by the corona virus?

Ive never gotten it, i have a real good immune system but im sick of not being able to go to the senior center across the street for lunch anymore and see my friends, i was forced to hang out by myself on my birthday cause my friend was afraid i would give her corona and i wasnt even sick, my sister died recently and my brothers wouldnt go to the funeral,they were afraid of corona and none of us had it, i found it too painful to go alone and didnt go cause of that , and this was my identical twin sister, i did see it on zoom but it wasnt the same,im tired of corona affecting my life like this, anyone else?

My immune system is... Iffy and erratic so this is a worry to me. Even a vaccine worries me cause I don't know how ill react to it either. But I have seen I can't be protected from herd immunity since no one else wants to take the vaccine to protect the immunocompromised like me. I'll say to those people the same thing they are basically telling me. Fuck you and die.

Yes I鈥檓 struggling a little bit, have a cataract in my left eye and because the virus has delayed treatment that鈥檚 getting me down a bit. I鈥檓 ok though it could be worse 馃榾 Hope things soon go better for us all 馃

I have been in quarantine since March. I hate this more than anything I have been through. I am very sorry for your loss. I lost my sister on Valentine's day. The best thing was that I got married in an outdoor wedding in July

Pearl, I'm truly so sorry to read about your sister.

This virus has affected everyone and it's made life very difficult. I also had planned on spending my birthday with friends this past spring but had to cancel my plans because of it.

Yes, my love's flights got canned and we don't know when we'll see eachother again

My daughter missed a heap of school and my son disengaged from school after he had to stay home

I didn't see my mum for a lot longer than usual (we live in different cities)

Most definitely! I didn't get much human contact to begin with, and this year has been 10 times worse. I can count the number of people I see regularly on one hand. 馃槄

I became unemployed because of it which sucked. But I have another job now. The thing I haven鈥檛 been able to get off my mind is the number of child abuse claims that have dropped because children aren鈥檛 going to school where there鈥檚 dozens of adults who see them everyday & care to report. I just think of those poor kids stuck in their house with people who don鈥檛 treat them well or care for them properly. How utterly alone & hopeless many of them must feel. 馃挃
