can they close my apt building down cause of people doing meth?

my neighbor was doing meth and throwing drug parties, she got kicked out, lately theyve been putting plastic on the walls, guess they found meth, ive never done drugs myself but ive wondered since the plastic is on all 3 floors can they shut down the place cause they found meth in it? am i going to have to move out?
