Thank you Quizling, though I'm not a vegetarian, at the moment I can not tolerate many foods. My body needs protein and meets and eggs make me sick.
I think I could eat endless shrimp though lol

Basically any combination of beans and corn forms a complete protein- so succotash, beans and cornbread, etc. Then soy products like tofu. Dairy products.
Some forms of hard flours, and the bread products made from them, have a decent amount (the protein in question is gluten, which only people with full-blown Celiac disorder have any intolerance or sensitivity to), but nowhere near enough to meet daily dietary requirements.

Nuts, beans, soy, cheese. However, none of them have the animal proteins our bodies like. Google a search for non-animal protein if you need more information.

Legumes, beans

Oysters are nearly all protein. As are clams, mussels, scallops and the rest of the bivalves. White fleshed fish, crabs and lobsters are also very high in protein.
Obviously the shrimp, too. But you already knew that.
