I Have a Question

What foods are high in protein, that isn't a meat?

Basically any combination of beans and corn forms a complete protein- so succotash, beans and cornbread, etc. Then soy products like tofu. Dairy products.

Some forms of hard flours, and the bread products made from them, have a decent amount (the protein in question is gluten, which only people with full-blown Celiac disorder have any intolerance or sensitivity to), but nowhere near enough to meet daily dietary requirements.
