I've been feeling sick (I believe it's food poisoning) I can't keep anything down. Any advice? I've tried: ice tea, warm tea, water with lemon and lime and all came back up. Should I try ginger ale or a juice?
Nothing you can do for food poisoning, your body is going to keep doing what ever it takes to get the poison out of your system. Most important thing is to replenish your fluids so you don't get dehydrated. Ginger ale may help a little, but plenty of water and/or sports drinks are important too.
I try to drink G2 Gatorade or diet Powerade because it keeps you hydrated but I guess it depends if you like those kind of drinks or not. Hydration is one of the more important things so at least drink some water
Ginger ale and soda crackers might help. But if nothing else, drink water and more water. Yes, you may throw it up but some of the water/fluids will help keep you from getting dehydrated (and then you have a whole new problem to deal with.)
