Conversely, it's funny how some KNOW they are not going to offer anything to make you want to stay, because they pitch the experience you will gain working for them as being desirable to OTHER employers
This is even if they are delusional about the experience you will be gaining specifically and how the misleading terms they are using in their adverts are used elsewhere in the job market (so they pitch the job as industry X when it's really industry Y*), and the "experience" they are offering to you is not even actually worth a damn under the terminology they are using, perhaps in an advert containing misspellings as a bonus garnish.
* Maybe they don't even realize this mistake themselves. That in itself is also a red flag.
