"So what makes you think you'll be here in three years time?" Reverse that bullshit and say, "What do you have to offer that would make me want to stay for that amount of time?"

I think that has reversed since covid?? As employers are struggling to recruit people.. just read that somewhere bla, bla, bla…

@SW-User My nephew recently got a job with a local grocery store. The interview asked him "What makes you think you'll be a good fit for us?" Like, in a town where nobody wants to work, they are pretty filtering hahaha
