@TheLordOfHell I love Max, though, because the actor was this goofy nerd who did all car commercials, and then suddenly at the height of his fame, he's playing the head vampire, which was a role traditionally reserved for sexy people. It gave the movie a whole new dimension of surrealness.
Jerry was good, but he was never really Max level weird.
